1998 Honda Civic Clicking sound while braking

Today i noticed that while braking, once my car was slowed down to a slow speed, i would hear a clicking noise until the car would stop. it would only happen as the car was slowed down to a slower speed. hopefully its not a big problem. i do have custom wheels and calipers. please let me know what the problem could be

Have you checked the brakes? Also, have you made sure the calipers are tight? Also, does the sound get worse if you are turning?

it doesnt get worse but sometimes it makes the same sound if im turning slowly.. i havent checked the brakes or calipers yet cuz im not sure if thats the problem..

IF it makes the sound when you turn without the brakes, I would start with the CV joints.
