1995 Honda Civic R12 refrigerant

I bought 30 pounds of R12 as an investment in 1995. I still have it with original shrink wrap on the valve. (VIRGIN)
I cannot ship it as I am not licensed. Is there any way to sell this old investment?

You might want to take it to a shop that does Air Conditioning repair-they are still vehicles out there that hasn't been converted to R134
