Hi bill1971,

Honda brakes lines uses a diagonal system and the symptoms indicates a possible fault with the master cylinder.

Is the brake pedal low?

Try bleeding at the master cylinder to check if both the outcoming lines have equivalent pressure.

Did you adjust the handbrake cable?

There must be some frre play for the rear calipers to fully self adjust

Loosen the cable and pump the brake a few times to readjust the rear brakes before readjudting the brake lever height.
