1995 Honda Civic bog when accelerating or goin up hill

Hey I just rebuilt my 95 civic vtec virtually everything has been replaced, I have 160 miles on it. I changed spark plugs, wires, used dizzy, map, tps, ait, ect, fuel filter and checked timing with light. It boggs or stutters when accelerating around low rpms or up hill after the hill it will bog worse?I have no check engine lights or codes. When I give it more gas it bogs and smells like gas then takes off, BUT DOES NOT JERK. When it bogs it will go through rpms but wont accelerate much it only acts up on some take offs. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Ty :)
