Hi, how can u take a striped flare nut on a fuel filter out without taking the fuel line out?

Your best bet would to be to use some penetrating catalyst, such as PB Blaster Spray, and let that soak on it for a few minutes. Then use a pair of vice-grips to put an extremely tight hold on the flare nut and remove.
