1993 Honda Civic OVERHEATING

I HAVE CHANGED TIMING BELT, ALL BELTS, WATER PUMP, TUNE UP, FLUSHED RADIATOR, CHANGED RADIATOR 2 YRS AGO, I NEVER CHANGED THE THERMOSTAT AND I HAVE THE CAR FOR 4YR AND CHANGE? COULD IT BE THERMOSTAT? IT WAS 102 DEGREES TODAY AND I HAVE BEEN DRIVING MY UP AND DOWN THE CITY ALL DAY WITH A/C ON IT WORKS REAL GOOD BUT TONITE COMING HOME FROM DINNER AS I WAS GETTING OFF THE HIGHWAY I NOTICE MY TEMP GAUGE GO UP TO ALMOST H, NO COOLANT SPILLS, NOTHING LEAKING JUST THE A/C WATER FROM THE BOTTUM AS NATURAL AS IS. FAN WORKS AS WELL.

Well I really wouldnt panic, I would though change my thermostat and check engine coolant temperature sensor for good measure, you should be fine. Of course make sure all of your fluids are topped off, If you havent changed your oil in awhile I would do that too engine sludge will heat your engine up bigtime, and with the high heat out there, you need to make sure your engine is breathing good.
