TPS MALFUNCTION

I have a 1989 Honda Accord LXI F/I 2.0 160,000 miles The LED code indicates a #7 code TPS problem. Can you just replace the TPS or is it fixed to the Throttle Body. The parts house says that this model dosn't have a TPS. :

It don't come with a TPS but it has a throttle controller it does the same thing and attached to the throttle shaft.
