To flush the auto trans or not at 90k miles

I own a 2000 Accord with an auto trans. I just purchased the car and not sure if anyone has flushed it yet. I've been told that if you have never changed the fluid after around 80-90k miles, it's bettter to just leave it alone.

They mentioned that putting all new fluid might dislodge gunk inside the tranny and clog up the little passages causing possible failure.

Should I change it?

If it was a lincoln, I probably wouldn't. Anything else I probably would. Whiile it may (unlikely) cause a problem, that problem would be a time bomb anyways from not refreshing the fluid.

Just use the right fluid.
