You have one of these two problems. First, is a thought that it is time to have the brakes checked. Brakes have a very simple device that screeches when the pads are getting low in remaining surface.
No matter how good the bearings are there is always going to be some movement or flex at the wheel axles at the wheel bearings. Yes it is very slight, very, but that slight amount is more noticeable at the top of the wheel. What I am getting at is the rotor could be making contact with the rotor shield and causing the noise as well. The shield can easily get bent or pushed in toward the rotor.
Check out these two items and see if they remedy your problem.
