I have a 98 honda accord 144,600 miles, v-6. I was driving down the street and the car just all of a sudden with no warning cut off. I started back up after a few truns of the key. Is there trouble with the fuel pump?

It is possible but I would venture a guess that taking it in to have the fuel pressure checked will reveal that everything is fine. In other words, the problem is not far enough along to find positively. It is also possible that there is an electrical problem. I would watch the problem closely and try to pick up any other clues.

My sons car was doing this and not starting all the time. We figured it was the fuel pump. Took to dealership, they said it was the main fuel relay.
