'95 Accord V6 RPM Gauge going bonkers!!!

This just started yesterday. For some reason the RPM gauge starts bouncing around like a ping pong ball. Note that my engine does not rev and is acting perfectly normal...sometimes the RPM Gauge catches to where it should be and will be fine for a while, but then will start dancing all over the place for no reason. Is this something that I should be deeply concerned about?

No it is not. If you are noting no other erratic behavior by the speedometer, the best bet would be the gauge itself. Buy a used cluster on the internet. You can get one pretty cheap and replace it. You can still buy a new one if you wish.
