93 Honda Accord won't run

93 Honda accord 2.2l 4 cylinder 159k autotrans stopped running while driving.
Valve cover gasket changed about a year ago. Nuts holding it down were all loose. Lots of oil in spark plug holes. Pulled cover cleaned out everything. Timing belt still ok. Put it back together and still nothing. Won't even pop with ether. Help! Thanks.

Found out if you have spark or fuel at the cylinders. I would go easy on the ether. I bet the answer is spark. No spark. Work your way back to the coil for spark out of it and if there is none but the coil has 12 volts of power in replace it.
