Hi,

I'm not sure what my car is doing, but when I'm accelerating, from 1st to 2nd gear, my car makes a faint whistling noise. Please help, I've been ripped-off many times by the dealership and want some heads-up info prior to asking for repair. I thought it may be my brakes, but they just squeak when I first go after I start my car, but that goes away after about a minute. The whistling is very faint, but definitely audible when I'm alone in my car.

Thanks so much!

Hi, Thanks for responding so quickly, I appreciate it. The noise is only when I drive, mainly when I'm going at slower rates, or accelerating.
