2003 Honda Accord EX V6 53K A/C Problem Need Help

I have 2003 Honda Accord EX V6 with 53k Miles on it.Everytime When i turn on my AC it smells weird for 1-2 minutes then it gets better.It happening everyday when i turn on my A/C.
Please advise me what's wrong ?

If you describe wierd is it musty smelling? Is the drain for the a/c plugged. It should be a hose under the engine that drains the water it removes.

Should i lie down under the car or see or i can observe when i ll open the hood.?

Under the car usually on the passenger side behind the on a line behind the front wheel is where that drains. There should be two outlets, one for the A/C run off and the other for the air intake vent drain. Can someone else point exactly to the location of the drain of the condensor?
