2003 Honda Accord

The ac stop working also the blower.
I remove and check the blower and the blower is OK
I plug it in when I had it ousite and when you turn the ignition swich on the blower move like 2 second then stop the same with the electric fan they start working for about 5 second and stop.

I found the Blower motor resistor but I don't know if really that is the problem it cost about $50 on Honda dealer.

Any suggestion will be appriciated.

Hi rayrod,

The blower motor does not use the resistor when operating at maximum speed. I suspect the blower motor to be faulty.
Try vibrating the blower motor housing to see if it continues to work.
