My 2002 Honda Accord has about 79k miles on it and all I've ever done was change the oil, change the brakes, and tires a couple of times. Also, I had a cold air intake put in.
Should I be flushing any of my fluids or anything else to improve engine performance?

Not for engine performance, but for engine maintenance, yes. You should drain and refill your transmission fluid every 30K and antifreeze every 60K. There is no recommendations for brake and power steering fluids, but I would do drain and refill at 100K.
