2000 Honda Accord Engin vibration

When my car is running but on N mode (stopping mode) there is vibration on the car but when the car moves (on D mode) the vibration disappears, can you please tell me the reasons?

What is the idling speed?
Does this happen when engine is just started and not yet warmed up?
Is the vibration more pronounced when stopped with brakes applied and trans in D or R?
