I have problems with my conditioned air, sometimes goes out only. It would want to know that it can be?

Since we don't have the luxury of being there in person, giving a more descriptive narrative of the situation would be helpful. When you say it goes out sometimes only do you mean it only works sometimes?

And if so, do you mean that it sometimes just stops being cold or does the system shut off or just never comes on in the first place?
