I have noticed that the electricity to my dash (just the cd player and the speedometer/RPM/odometer) will short, but immediately comes back. However, it's been happening more and more in frequency, but not the duration of the short. I've noticed that the maintenance light will sometimes turn on in the second or two that it happens, but will go off when the "power" comes back to it.

The car doesn't stall or turn off, making me suspect it the particular wire to these components. Could it be a fuse? Where can I get a diagram to check myself this particular wire to see if it's frayed or faulty.

Hi dhnorfleet,

The power supply should be from the ignition switch and I suspect the ACC circuit is failing.
