1997 Honda Accord 4 cyl 153000 miles

already know my car needs a new muffler very bad crack and loose side. Now it slowly accelerates when I gas it. I will press gas pedal half down and then slowly starts to move and muffler gets real loud. Will be going 40 mph with rpm at 3 and as I accelerate to get up to 65 for the freeway speed the rpm goes pass 4. Been goin on 3days. Today my engine light came on and as I pulled in the drive way it wouldnt go in there direction. Starts fine and stays running though. Had this car almost 2yrs since 130k mi dont know if previous owners ever did 90mi tune up. I was planning to have that done at 180k mi to be sure its been done while I own it. Please help me figure out whats needed to be done. Thank you!

Oxygen sensor
Catalytic converter
Dirty fuel injectors (cleaning the injectors often fixes this).
Bad MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor
Bad TPS (throttle position) sensor
Bad or dirty MAF (mass airflow) sensor
Low fuel pressure (leaky fuel pressure regulator or weak fuel pump)
Vacuum leaks (intake manifold, vacuum hoses, throttle body, EGR valve)
Bad gasoline (fuel contaminated with water or too much alcohol)

Sometimes, what feels like a hesitation is actually ignition misfire rather than lean misfire. The causes of ignition misfire may include:

Dirty or worn spark plugs
Bad plug wires
Weak ignition coil
Wet plug wires
