1994 Honda Accord Automatic

I recently had a tune up for my car. The spark plugs keep popping out. I took them to my mechanic and he made sure they were tight. They stayed in for a few days and then began to come back out. I purchased new ones, they have been doing the same thing. So I took it back to my mechanic and he told me to put some fuel injections in. I haven't done that yet. I would like to know if this is going to work first. I get tired of these spark plugs coming out and when I get to a stop light or stop sign the car cuts off because one is all the way out.

Might not be torque properly as specified or the cylinder head port hole is cross-threaded that the combustion pressure is leaking and causing it to pop out-
