1993 Honda Accord Car Stalls and doesnt want to start back

My honda accord will die when I am actually driving down the road. I have tried to pop the clutch to try to see if that might get it running again. When I try to start the car after it dies sometimes it starts right back up other times it takes a while almost like it is flooded. The battery, terminals, wires, distributor, spark plugs, and spark plug wires are all brand new put them in less than 6k miles ago if you could give me a good estimate as to what is going on I would appreciate it
