1991 Honda Accord 200000 miles

When I turn on my car it seems like it doesn’t want turn on but it does. Then when I’m warming up the car and it’s almost done it goes from1 to 1 ½ then to 1 then back 1 about 3 times. Then when I start driving after 1 minute the engine light turns on. In addition, when I’m driving the meter goes all way to 3 and its stalling and hesitation. Some one told me it might be fuel injector, what do you think?

Check engine light:

Have the computer scanned for code/s-you have a problem within the engine management system that caused the CEL to turn on-This is your starting point of diagnosis, finding out what's going on.
