Hi there,
Jack the car up and place on stands, drain the transmission, there should be a drain plug on the pan, if not slacken all the pan bolts and let the fluid drain until you can take the pan off with out spilling fluid, clean pan as it will have clutch material residue on it, this is normal, inspect that there are no large pieces of clutch or foreign bodies in the pan, if all ok, replace the gasket, making sure that all traces of old gasket are removed, re fit pan and top up transmission as per book instructions, check level hot & with engine running, re post if you have further questions.
