My car is displaying hill start not available. When turn engine back on the fault message disappears. Anyone know what is wrong and how to fix? It’s still under warranty. Called garage who say it could be battery not charging properly and it needs to to go on the diagnostic machine but if not covered by warranty they will charge me!

Hello,

I have seen this problem with other users on the site. One guy said they had to replace the transmission other said it needed an update in the software. We should run the codes to see what comes up you can get a scanner for $20.00 on Amazon.
