I replaced the engine a year ago and thoroughly cleaned the injectors before reinstalling them. I am now getting a high pitched whistle from the passenger side of the engine and can’t tell it it is coming from the injectors or from the intake manifold. How do I figure out which one it is?

If it is making the noise while idling then more then likely it is the intake and a vacuum leak. Here is a guide that talks about this:

I would suggest taking some brake clean and spraying it around the area the noise is coming from and seeing if the idle raises. If so it is the intake or a vacuum line.

Let us know what you find. Thanks
