My car's engine is getting hot while driving especially at traffic lights stop. I had send to mechanic for a check and change the thermostats but problem sill persist. Strangely when they took off the thermostat the temperature was back to normal instantly but when they fix it the problem come again. The mechanic did check but there was no leaking from any part of the engine while the radiator fan is working well. I had realized the the radiator water getting dry almost every two days have to top it up. The mechanic has no solution to the problem.

If you are not seeing any leaks but it gets hot and is using coolant, plus removing the thermostat made a difference, have them do a pressure check on the cooling system as it sounds like you may have a failing head gasket.

You wrote water, if you are using straight water that is not good for the engine. The proper coolant mix carries away more heat and allows for the proper cooling system pressures because the coolant will not boil off like water.

Problem solved, today id went to other machinic and they just add in somemore water and press the fuel paddle to max. Speeds on natural gear for about 5 mins. And that all they did the temperature is back to normal. Id just cant remember it could be my recent chemical engine flush made my radiator clocks somewhere in the engine.

You did the flush but didn't bleed the system after you filled it. Common error. Just keep an eye on it to be sure that it stays OK.
