Spark plug - Standard type .................... PLFR5A-11 NGK

Next, I would remove the spark plugs and leave them in a line with the cylinder to compare them. The one that looks different will be the cylinder that is having the problem, I would check that injector. Here is the location of the MAF sensor and how to change the injector out in the images below.
