Hesitating a lot, no power cel just came on and it's blinking. Mechanic never did a tune up in the 2 years I have had the car.

Hesitates, Check engine light on and smells like rotten eggs?

It sounds like you have a fuel injector that is stuck open or a MAF sensor that has gone bad, we should run the codes first. You can get a code scanner from Amazon for about $20.00.

Spark plug - Standard type .................... PLFR5A-11 NGK
Next, I would remove the spark plugs and leave them in a line with the cylinder to compare them. The one that looks different will be the cylinder that is having the problem, I would check that injector. Here is the location of the MAF sensor and how to change the injector out in the images below.
