I started hearing a noise when accelerating quickly going from rpm 2000 to 4000 and then the noise starts if i slowly get to 2000 to 4000 rpm no noise but hesitates. It does the same thing going up hills hesitates then the noise starts. I had a check engine light and it told me my 2, 4 and 6, misfired which does not all happen at the same time. I have six coils in my car so it is not a coil. I have changed the spark plugs in 2, 4 and 6. Please what could this noise be?

Sorry the music in the last video. My rpm's are not dropping that's me tapping the gas because my gas goes down badly every time i tap the pedal.

The videos are fantastic I wish everyone uploaded them makes it easier for us. Can I ask if the transmission is in park when this noise is happening?

Also when the engine is off can you use a mallet to see if you hear anything loose in the exhaust like a catalytic converter is going bad?

Here is a guide that can help.

Please run this test and get back to us.

So it was in park and rev the engine it will make the sound but if its in nuteral it wouldnt make the noise. I had a couple people tell me it a piston but i put a flat head to my engine and my ear check each piston nothing. Before the sound start it start misfiring then then hestitation started when i had to fastly accelarate and going up a hill but then the noise started. Could it be the timing belt?

It sounds more like you have a broken flax plate between the engine and transmission. Can you do a video from under the hood when the engine is running, does it sounds like the noise is from under the car or from the front of the engine?
