Welcome to 2CarPros. That description sounds more like a connection issue in the junction box connections. That is the box at the left side of the dash. It has the fuses and relays for the systems you are having issues with and they are fed from different sources in the PDC. I have seen them get water and corrosion in the connectors, sometimes just removing the connectors and cleaning them with contact cleaner does the trick.
To replace it you need to start by disconnecting the negative battery cable then -
Remove the left end cap from the instrument panel.
Unsnap and remove the left outboard trim bezel from the instrument panel. Located just to the left of the steering column.
Remove the steering column opening cover.
Remove the left cowl trim panel from the vehicle.
Remove the courtesy lamp from under the left side of the instrument panel.
Working through the steering column opening cover, remove the three bulkhead and two body controller electrical connectors from the junction block assembly.
Detach instrument panel wire harness from the lower channel on the instrument panel.
Remove the four junction block retaining screws and remove the junction block from under the instrument panel.
The connections are at the top of the box. Sometimes you can access them without removing the box, it depends on the size of your hands.
