Fans won't come on when they are suppose to had to toggle switch them to make them come on changed relay thermostat and reservoir cap and senser plug them back in and still won't kick on when up to temp so car over heats and suggestions

At least one should come on when the a/c is turned on. So check fuses and relays under hood they may be bad switch with a known good relay. Arrow points to first relay to check.
