Heater will not get warm

The heater blew warm last winter and it won't get warm now. I can't figure it out. Need help.

If nothing helps, let me know. There are other things can prevent it from working. However, make sure the coolant level is full, the engine is warming up to operating temperature, and try this. With the engine running, at operating temperature, and the heater on high, feel both heater core hoses at the firewall. Both should be hot.

Let me know what you find.
