Heater not heating properly?

When I turn my heater on my car's heater warms up and feels warm but then after like a couple minutes it goes from warm air to then blowing cold air out. It's winter here and in the negative temperatures so I start it, and it warms up and is blowing like it should warm air but then after a couple minutes the air gets cold.

So that means you can't help me then? Guess I didn't know it was a qualification that I had to respond to an answer to a question I've had.
