Hello, I've replaced the heater blower. It still not working. I was told that I need the heater blower resistor. So I got it and now I'm asking where is this part located on the vehicle so I can install it? Thank you

Hello, I'm Danny.

Quick question first. Do you know if you were told the front or rear blower motor resistor? Your vehicle has a front and rear. Get back to me when you can. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.

Hello Danny, it's the front blower motor resistor that's went out. I purchased the replacement part for it already also.

Hello again,

After looking at a diagram for you vehicle the front blower motor only has a relay and not a resistor. The rear blower motor has a resistor. So is your complaint is that no air (hot or cold) is blowing throughout the vehicle? Or just front not rear? Or rear only? Just trying to figure out what the symptom is. We'll get this figured out. Get back to me when you can with the information.

My complaint is there is no heat or air blowing out the front or the rear. I change the blower motor in the front and that wasn't the issue. The coolant level is full and topped off. What else could it possibly be this causing the heat not to blow or the air? Mind you I'm in Chicago Illinois and we just got snow.
