The heater core heats as it should both pipes are hot. I have changed the blend door on the heater box. I have checked the water in radiator and in overflow all look good. I have changed the blower motor resistor. But I still have no heat everything appears to be working as is should control panel turns it up an down an on an off. We are puzzled what could be wrong with it that I'm missing. Any suggestions?

Hi,

Are you referring to the mid level vents or does it blow cold air regardless of air flow directions? Also, I attached a picture the blend air door actuator below. Let me know if that is what you replaced.

Hi,

Yes, it could be stuck. What I suggest is to remove the actuator and see if you can turn the flap by hand. If it doesn't move, then you will most likely need to remove the heater box.

Let me know if I can help.

Take care,
Joe
