Hazard lights keep flashing?

A while back I noticed that the hazard lights on my van were flashing on their own. After pressing the hazard button, they still would not shut off. So, I disconnected the battery for about 15 minutes and reconnected then it stopped.

Now the lights continuously flash even when driving and it takes up to a day to finally turn off. They will sometimes start flashing very fast then slow then as if they were shorting out. I notice if press the actual hazard button it flashes as normal but won't turn off. There were also no codes showing up when I got the car scanned.

So, this happens when the TIPM goes out which is easy to replace because it-self learns, here is the location and how to replace it in the diagrams below. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
