The problem with the car is when it is cold outside the car has a long round to crank the engine and sometimes when it start it does feel like it is jerking and spluttering and also it start misfiring, so I have to turn off the engine and have to start the car again, then it seems fine. I have just replaced the ignition leads, distributor complete set, the problem is there.

Could it be the problem because of bad fuel pump? Please let me know.
Other thing is my car is dual fuel and it is giving problem on both fuel.

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge most auto parts store rent them.
