Hi, I have the truck listed above. I had many times where my ignition system fuse was blowing. There was a short that we fixed but the engine would shit off while I was driving and after a little slip up I changed the fluid and filter and it did not seem to do anything. I was told my spark plugs were fried so I changed them and put NGK spark plugs in and then it started running rough and idling poorly with hesitation during acceleration. I changed the wires and spark plugs again and it seemed to work better but then quickly got worse again. I then was told that it could be the catalytic converter and so I had that checked but he said it still had airflow but could be contributing to it a little, So I have not changed that. I then saw that my ignition coil was cracked and replaced that but when I replaced that it started having hard starting when the engine has sat for a little while. The fuel pressure was checked before it was driving but not after. Also I replaced the TPS and it helped but not very much just slightly better on the hesitation. They cannot seem to figure it out and it is starting to drive me insane, please help!

First thing to do is to scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge then get back to us with the results. also check your ASD relay and connections as well as battery terminal ends. then have battery checked for condition including load test. for got check for soft vacuum lines as well as cracked/broken or a vacuum leak.
