Grinding Noise from MT6

Hi,

Thanks generously sharing you mechanical knowledge. I have learned many things from your articles.
On cold start ups when I place it in either first or reverse gear and slow lift the clutch peddle, I hear a grind noise. After a few minutes, it goes a way. I have also noticed that if I let it warm up for a few minutes after a cold startup it does not produce the noise. This is the original clutch. Do you having any idea what could be the problem?
