Customer states that after vehicle warms up and he is driving it on the road it stalls out. Also states that he has to let it cool down and it is easy to restart. Customer wants me to replace the camshaft and crankshaft sensors. how much should I charge as an outside source?
The Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor (5.3L VIN T) is located on the center bottom of the front of the engine. Here is the location of the crankshaft sensor which it is more likely to be. You should charge about an 1.5 hours for both, plus parts. Check out the images (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
