When i am driving with the heat on every thing seems fine but when i come to a stop the battery gauge drops considerably and my dash lights get dim and you can hear the difference in the power of the heat blowing out. And when i take back off the gauge goes back up and the dash light go back to normal. This is my only vehicle so if anyone could help i would appreciate it. Thank You.

Sounds like you have a alternator losing power. I suggest getting both your alternator as well as your battery tested at a local auto part store such as AutoZone or O'Reillys. They will do the tests for free. If your engine light is on , they will also run a diagnostic test for free as well.
