If you haven't changed anything else in the brake system.
And it was ok before you replaced the pads.
I can only see options,
the seal in the caliper was damaged when the piston was pushed back in.
Or
the sealing surface of of the bleed screw, or in the caliper is damaged.
Try gravity bleeding that corner.
Remove the bleed screw completely.
And just keep topping off the master cylinder.
After you stop getting bubbles, put the screw back in and then step on the pedal and hold it.
You are wanting to see if the pedal will go down and fluid will leak out of that caliper.
