My 95 Sonoma has 205,000 on the truck but only about 20,000 on the trans. It has a few minor/BIG problems. It is an automatic and I lost Forth gear. When I have the truck in overdrive, it wants to bog down when it trys to shift into forth. Is it a solenoid or what? The jackoff that "Rebuilt it" went out of business. So can I do it my self or not? And now the cracked head gasket, can I put some thing in the radiator or do I have to replace it? All very minor things " Ha Ha Ha"

Thanks for the info

I'm not sure about your tranny but if you continue to drive it with a bad head gasket you won't be worrying about the tranny for long because the truck won't be running at all! DO NOT drive it until it is fixed if you value your truck .Get the motor fixed and then address your issues with the tranny.
