*FUEL INJECTORS HAVE POSITIVE POWER, NO GROUNDING VIA COMPUTER? WILL SPRAY FUEL WITH TEST POWER TO FUEL PUMP AND INJECTORS
*FUEL PUMP NOT GETTING POWER.
***HAVE INSTALLED REPLACEMENT FUEL PUMP ( WORKS WITH TEST POWER ), NEW FUEL RELAY, REPLACENT ( SECOND HAND ) COMPUTER, NEW FUEL LINES.
TRUCK WILL START AND RUN BY SQUIRTING FUEL DIRECTLY INTO CARBOURATOR.

I HAVE HAD TRUCK FOR 10 YEARS, ALMOST A PART OF THE FAMILY. OVER $3600 INVESTED IN TRUCK LAST 2 YEARS AND COULD LAST ME ANOTHER 5 WITH SOME TLC.

Your injectors will have power all the time. Your computer switches the ground to activate the injector. Check the fuel pumps' ground, make sure it is clean and not corroded - disconnect and clean it up if to be sure. Did you test for 12 volts at the pump? When you changed the fuel pump did you change the fuel pump electrical connector also? If not then do so. There are a lot of problems with this connector causing loose connections - that can arc and eventually melt or worse yet, cause a fire.
If you installed a second hand computer without having it reprogrammed to your vin number then the second hand computer will not work. You must go to a dealer for this proceedure.
You do not have a carburator if you have injectors. You have a throttle body -- which looks like a carburator but function totally different.
