Hello, iam new to the site, and must say very impressed with the service you provide for people.

when it has rained out or there is alot of moisture in the air the right rear drum brake lockes up the minute you apply any type of brake, and skreeches. You have to pick up a little speed and apply the brakes to get it to free up. Then its fully operational at that point on. There is no pulling or repeat while you drive. Just the first start and go. What does this sound like to you?
thank you for your attention.

The first thing we need to know is which rear brakes you have, disc or drum?

Has any recent work been done to the brakes or axles? If not remove the drum, inspect the wheel cylender, push the pistons in, do they move freely? Any leaks under the dust boots? I use a pick to inspect inside the boots, if they are OK next check the shoes, is the larger shoe at the back? All springs and hold downs in place? Next, is the axle seal leaking any rear end oil into the drum? Last chaek parking brake cable, is it frozen? Then adjust rear brakes until a slight drag is felt.
