I would like to add antifreeze to my Alero. the cap says only use one type of antifreeze. If I don't drain it, do have to use that type or can I buy the prestone stuff that can be mixed with anything?

thanks in advance,

Ray

Using anything but Dexcool in your system will void the warranty on the vehicle (assuming you have one). The "One Bottle For All" you could add, but it is recommended only as a top off fluid, not a complete change. Do not mix Dexcool with the "green" stuff or you will have major problems.
