Idle speed and throttle problems

I own a 1990 cadillac fleetwood with 90,000 miles and recently the service engine light comes on and when I start it the idle is way too high then when I am in drive and a accelrate it will just keep gaining speed without me touching the pedal I ran diagonostic and it gave me the error of e 85 is this the problem or is it something else please let me know

The whole error code was E 85?
