The truck lost power and stalled thought it was out of fuel but it wasn't. Just replaced distributor cap and rotor cap, pulled distributor cap to check points and discovered rotor cap wasn;t turning when I had someone crank it while I watched. Got any Ideas on what I should do next?

 Boy, do I have some bad news for you. It has been my experience when this happens that you have a timing chain gone bad, probably the gears, too. The good part is this isn't too expensive,
something like 25-30 bucks for chain and gears, then the timing cover and oil pan gaskets are another 20 bucks or so. The bad part is changing them. Not too bad if you have another set of hands to help. Just make sure you get your marks on the gears lined up right and you should be back on the road before long. :D
