AT ANY SPEED IT FEELS LIKE YOU ARE STARTING OFF IN HIGH GEAR, GIVE IT THE GAS IT STARTS JERKING, CHANGED PLUGS AND WIRES, IS IT POSSIBLE THAT IT COULD BE BAD CONNECTIONS AT THE FUELPUMP HARNESS OR A VACUME LEAK, SOME SAY THAT THE HARNESS CONNECTIONS AT THE FUELPUMP GO BAD EXPECIALY THE GROUND.

Any of those things are possible. The grounds for the fuel pump are an issue, as well as the fuel pump connector.
Is the check engine light on? Was the fuel pump changed recently / or / ever? A vacuum leak is obvious.
