1996 Other GMC Models have no left turn sterring

1996 Other GMC Models 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I loaned out my car and the sterring wheel got stuck on a lefthand turn now I have a leak and cannot make a lefthand turn there was recall on the sterring I took it into the dealer in july 2008 and they fixed it but the person that used the yank really hard on the sterring and now this what I wrote what could it be
